following terms and conditions shall apply to
all offers and contracts of Weiner & Partner
Consulting relating to goods and services. Any
contrary general terms and conditions of contract
of the customer are hereby expressly excluded.
Neither shall the same become an integral part
of any contract if they are not expressly excluded
in an individual instance. These terms and conditions
are subject to change without prior written
notice at any time, in our sole discretion.
The Site design, and all text, graphics, the
selection and arrangement of text and graphics,
all software, and all materials displayed on
or that can be downloaded from the Site are
either the property of Weiner & Partner Consulting
or used with permission and are protected by
copyright and may not be used except as permitted
in these Terms and Conditions or in the text
on the Site.

Offers
Features,
specifications, and prices of products described
or depicted on the Site are subject to change
at any time without notice. Some information
and measures are approximate.
3.
Delivery and Payment
Delivery
and payment conditions are explained in detail
in our order form. Prices are without regional
taxes.
4.
Delivery times
Orders
will be generally delivered within 48 hours.
In cases of unexpected problems delivery time
can be expanded.
5.
Retention of title
Until
the complete payment of the invoice the products
are the property of Weiner & Partner Consulting.
6.
Copyright / license agreement
All business plans
are the property of Weiner & Partner Consulting
and are protected by national and international
copyright. The business plans are only for private
use. Customer agrees and represents that it
is buying for its own internal use only, and
not for resale or export. If you order a business
plan you get one license. It is prohibited to
reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or
exploit the business plans for any commercial
purposes.
7.
Limitation of Liability
Weiner
& Partner Consulting assumes any responsibility,
and shall not be liable for, any damages or
property caused by or arising from, use of the
business plans. We are not responsible for any
business decisions made on the basis of our
business plans.
8.
Privacy Policy
We
do not collect information through cookies,
log files or third parties. We do not use your
information to marketing promotions. All information
about you are only used for order purposes.
9.
Severability
Clause
In the event that any term hereof should be
or become invalid, this shall not affect the
validity of the remaining terms.
10.
Place of Jurisdiction
The
place of jurisdiction for both parts is solely
