Any contrary general terms and conditions of contract of the customer are hereby expressly excluded. Neither shall the same become an integral part of any contract if they are not expressly excluded in an individual instance. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The Site design, and all text, graphics, the selection and arrangement of text and graphics, all software, and all materials displayed on or that can be downloaded from the Site are either the property of Dr. Christian Weiner Consulting or used with permission and are protected by copyright and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Site.

2. Offers

Features, specifications, and prices of products described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Some information and measures are approximate.

3. Delivery and Payment

Delivery and payment conditions are explained in detail in our order form. Prices are without regional taxes.

4. Delivery times

Orders will be generally delivered within 48 hours. In cases of unexpected problems delivery time can be expanded.

5. Copyright / license agreement

All data are protected by national and international copyright.

6. Limitation of Liability

We assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages or property caused by or arising from, use of the data. We are not responsible for any business decisions made on the basis of our data.

7. Privacy Policy

We do not collect information through log files or third parties. See our privacy policy statement to learn more about cookies and third party cookies. We do not use your information to marketing promotions. All information about you are only used for order purposes.

8. Severability

In the event that any term hereof should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for both parts is solely Germany.


What is a businessplan?

What is a cash flow statement?

Your business plan need to include a forecast for your cash flow covering 12 months ahead. Your forecast should include the amount of money coming and going from your business and who you will have to pay.

What is a marketing plan?

A document that describes your advertising and marketing efforts for the coming year. A marketing plan may be part of an overall business plan.

What is a SWOT analysis?

SWOT analysis is an acronym for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In a business plan context, the SWOT analysis enables organizations to identify both internal and external influences.
