• We provide more than 400 business plans. The complete content of the business plans is based on the newest financial and economic information. For instance, we use up-to-date risk measures to evaluate specific risk characteristics of each business. We update the business plans and all data every month on average.

• This means that you don't buy a simple sample, template or a software without content but you buy a detailed and professional business plan that contains all relevant information for your specific business. The typical customer only changes 10% of the business plan to fit his individual requirements*.

The data source for each business plan...

• Each business plan is based on reliable data from different sources. We use for instance balance sheet and income statement data from comparable companies. We also monitor market developments and have contacts to several market research companies. We also buy data and information from international data providers.

• You can choose one of ten business regions. For instance the business plan for a restaurant in the United Kingdom covers the British market and requirements while the business plan for the United States covers the U.S. market.

• The underlying dataset for each business plan contains more than 1,374 companies on average. We perform several procedures to test the validity of the data and exclude outliers and errors.

• We use government and census data as well as information from private institutions to analyse the market and competition. We also have our own database with more than 2,000,000 data points.
  
• We apply country specific and economic data to detect regional differences and characteristics.

• We update all data as soon as we get new information. Balance sheet and income statements of companies will typically be update all three month. Government and census data will be updated every month on average. Text information will be renewed all two to five month on average. Market data will be updated about every month.

The content of the business plan...

• We provide a similar structure for each business plan. This structure is bank-proved.

• The business plan contains a management summary with the most important facts, a detailed description of the company structure, a description of the products and services.

• The next section contains the description of the market, the main competition and the customer behaviour.

• The next section presents the common marketing and distribution strategy for the specific business.

• The following section contains a detailed financial statement with an investment and liquidity plan, an earnings and cash flow statement and a break-even analysis. Data are typically based on the development of comparable companies and a statistical forecast estimation. A risk analysis follows.

• The last part provides a conclusion about the whole business.

• We deliver the business plan in three file formats: Adobe® pdf, MS Word® and MS Excel®. This means that the business plan is completely customizable. You can adjust the business plan to your requirements.
